Barber Surgeon Dora Faust.  Very tall, very quiet.  She works with Vahni, considering all assassins need a doctor eventually.
Occupation: Unlicensed doctor. Barber Surgeon.
Age: At least 30
Weapon: None (noncombatant)
Abilities: Many many razors, most notably the one the size of her arm, but she doesn't use them as weapons.

She is often covered in blood, but that's what happens when you have a razor the size of a person's arm.

Dora here performs most duties associated with black market doctors.  She herself is not a doctor, but that's largely due to... ethics tests.  She'll fix anyone up in a jiffy, and at a reasonable price, just with a minor chance of being subject to horrifying side effects from Dora's various experiments (done with neither knowledge nor consent).
She also runs an apothecary, and there have been few complaints, and almost no injuries.  Deaths, that's another story.
